Exchange and Refund Policy
At Diva Glam we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Items may be exchanged under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 14 calendar days will not be honored.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
* In the Rare Occurrence of a product defect, the policy will be as follows:
There is a 30-day Product Defect Exchange Policy which commences on the date of purchase. Customers should contact an Diva Glam representative and notify them of their issue or concern. The customer will also be required to submit a written complaint on a form that will be provided to them by an Diva Glam representative. Please note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft, cutting weft, splitting weft, or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If Diva Glam inspects and agrees that the product is defective in any way, we will then exchange or replace the product. If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Diva Glam will only cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if shipped ground. Otherwise the customer will receive a $11.95 credit towards another shipping option.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. In some cases, additional charges may apply to international shipping. Keep in mind international shipping may take longer than due to customs and distance.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
Shipping and processing are selected at the time of purchase. Purchase must be submitted before 11am to begin processing. International shipping and larger orders may be longer and incur additional fees. Orders are only shipped to PayPal confirmed addresses. Once an order is placed the address cannot be changed in any way for any reason.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned included but not limited to sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after the 5-7 business days, first check your bank account again to insure there is not a pending refund showing. Secondly, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to your bank or credit card company procedures.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
